"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Perfect location, very comfortable and staff who were so accommodating. This was our first trip to Norway and we were not disappointed. The location of the hotel was amazing and we paid for a sea view room (recommended) which would oversee the Arctic Church and the huge mountain stood alongside. Hotel was very snug and warm and had a very open breakfast. The omelettes were the best we had ever tasted. A huge thank you to the staff and in particular a gentleman named Morten who kindly offered us a conference room to change after checking out. Room was relatively small compared to other Radisson hotels and this was our only negative part to the hotel. Sauna is fantastic with perfect views."

"Cabin was neat & tidy with everything you’d need & a good size too, staff were really helpful with us checking in late & explained everything perfectly & also once arrived polite & friendly, buffet breakfast was also really good, loads to choose from & tasty! Views from this location is simply an added bonus!"

"Its a cheap and cheerful hotel which is close to the main attraction/tour pickups in Tromsø. The room was very basic and by no way, a luxury hotel (hotel is not claiming this). You get a bed, small desk and a bathroom. Would reccomend if you are visting for a couple of days and happy to accept a small basic room. Money saved can be spent on the expensive tours! Overall, would stay again!"
