"We stayed for 1 night due to a late flight arrival before our quick flight out the next morning. A quick 5min and $10 taxi ride from the airport, the hotel has a private boat to transfer guests from the "harbor" to the hotel. The cabin is large and has full kitchen amenities, and a large screened porch with hammocks. There is a strong ac unit and ceiling fans and fans, we actually turned things down because it was really strong and cold! We got dinner takeout that the staff Kevin ordered and picked up for us. He also got us beers from the bar. There's a community room if you want to hang out, and the property is beautiful and peaceful with their resident dogs. Breakfast is simple. We got a chance to chat with other guests who stay much longer and make use of their cabin kitchens. This is great if you want to stay near Belize city but feel safe and secure, and in a peaceful area. Highly recommend! "
