"We booked this stay in December for a quick weekend trip. Location is wonderful and unit is perfect for a couple. However we did notice that no toiletries (shampoo or conditioner) were provided and the first night the heat would not work which made our stay very uncomfortable that night. I texted the property manager at 7 AM and received a very quick response and a technician was scheduled for that day. We really appreciated the quick correction."

"Very nice space. Clean and well maintained. I know it’s a studio. But it seems very open. The screened in patio gives you plenty of room to spread out! My favorite part was the hot tub! I would definitely recommend Seashell Studio and I would also love to stay there again! "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup we had was obtaining the self checkin instructions- but that was a fault of VRBO, not the host. In fact, they were super responsive when this issue occurred. The rental is very clean and our stay was enjoyable. It is in the heart of the downtown area, so the noise in the evenings is noticeable, but not awful. Things did quiet down at a reasonable time at night.The boise machine next to the bed was helpful! Highly recommend! Park your car...

"Host responds very quickly to all questions. Location was close to the race track. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Bottom floor was perfect for us. FYI No coffee pot/coffee, no shampoo or conditioner, no lotion, no sponge, no blowdryer and not one hangar in any closet. As long as you come with your essentials you’ll love this place!"

"My husband and I loved our stay here. Neighborhood is ideally located for walkability to everything that historic downtown St. Augustine has to offer! The backyard pool and sitting area is beautiful and quiet. We loved sitting outside by the pool to read during the day and to have a glass of wine in the evenings. Kirsten, the host, is very responsive to questions and is very easy to get in touch with!"
