"We come to Navarre Beach frequently but usually stay at a different complex. We wanted to be closer to the pier so we gave Summerwind a try! We were very happy with the condo. We had a small issue with the AC and the property managers were there within a few hours to fix it. Communication was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone!"

"We enjoyed our stay and love the condo and balcony. A few updates needed. The king and queen beds were very uncomfortable and need replaced. The cookware needs replaced too. The wok pan has rust on it and coating has been scratched off two of the other pans. Thank you for the gift basket, so thoughtful and kind."

"Super location. Loved the deck (could use a small table ), master bedroom was lovely. Master shower was small, with a way too big shower head. Great kitchen. Living area needed more seating, when our kids came. Only seated 4 people. "

"It is a great place to stay. You are very close to the beach. A lot of eating places close and if you want to eat at home there is a Winn Dixie very close. They have plenty of room for your stay. Great place for your dog to be outside for a small dog. The road in front of the house is little to busy to let kids ride there bikes down. But you can go little way and there are other streets they can. A lot of parking space which was great. We could park 6 vehicles on our part and then other duplex...

"It's very clear the hosts take great pride in providing the best experience for their guests! The property was exactly as advertised...exceptionally clean and comfortable with a seamless check-in process with easy and secure access to the property. Nothing was lacking in this experience as the hosts had gone to great detail to provide welcoming condiments (water, coffee, snacks, etc) to ease my transition into the stay. I highly recommend this property for any future stay!"
