"I can honestly say ive not stayed at a hotel where i would come back purely for the hotel experience here in Canberra, until now! I will come back for sure! It was so easy to get to places and navigate the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and neat and had all the amenities needed. Thanks for a great weekend!"

"The hotel is a new idea grafted on to an older building. Readily apparent when you are confronted with sash windows which don't work all that well. Car parking is the worst aspect of the place: an 80 room hotel has just 20 speces reserved in a nearby building. Essential to book your spot. Rooms are not serviced daily if you have just a Queen Room. Neither of these features was obvious until you have actually booked or turned up in person. Not good enough. Also it was just too expensive especially when you add a $40 per day parking fee. There is quite a good restaurant in the foyer with a limited but good wine list- not overly expensive. There are easier places to stay in Canberra! Particularly if you are a motorist. The internet connection is not secure also. Staff are a bright spot. Endlessly helpful, cheerful and efficient."

"Very friendly staff at reception upon check in. Enjoyed two nights in a very affordable and very comfortable room. The beds were exceptionally comfy and the room was lovely and spacious. We had dinner in the restaurant on our last night and it was absolutely delicious. "

"We had the bush land behind us, so we saw kangaroos close up as well as rabbits. The play areas were great. The staff was very friendly, the mini shop at reception was a great idea aswell."
