It is also conveniently close to the dining precincts at Manuka and Kingston. The location is my hotel of choice for my regular visits to Canberra."

"The staff were lovely. The hotel is nice but the rooms are a little run down. The carpet in our room was stained and the large glass windows looking over the front of the hotel were smeared in greasy hand marks. The bathroom was clean. Parking was easy, but there is a charge of $25 per vehicle per night. "

"We stayed three nights in this comfortable hotel. The Avenue was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and obliging. Secure parking was a plus. The restaurant was expensive but the evening meals were delicious. The buffet breakfasts were fabulous. Will definitely stay again. "
