"The location was a 8-minute walk to the boardwalk which was nice, the bed, wifi and TV were fine. The pool was indoors, filled with screaming children and honestly looked pretty gross. The lobby appeared to be in state of remodeling and was closed at night, so there was no access to the lobby bathroom. The sign to the motel was covered in cobwebs. The outdoor seating area was in the parking lot or on the street. We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time at the motel so overall...

"We love that the room was clean and surprisingly there was not a lot of noise so we were able to sleep deep. They gave us a key to enter the building which was helpful. It was convenient for us because we were able to walk to get breakfast at different places. There is no parking available but overall we love staying here. I love that there was free coffee."

"My partner and I were in San Francisco for the 2025 Game Developers Conference (GDC). The hosts were very polite, friendly, and attentive! They provided some snacks and plenty of coffee (MUCH appreciated) and graciously allowed my partner into the residence when he forgot his passcode. I highly recommend this residence, and extend many thanks to the hosts for their flexibility and patience with two midwestern tourists!! :)"

"This cute little hotel is located very close to the Chinatown gates, bus stops, restaurants. There is a little market up the road for some groceries and cold wine/beer. The pub next door has good food. It is an older building with a narrow winding staircase, but it does have an elevator. It does not have that old building smell, though! The room is spacious with large openable windows (no A/C). The sofabed in this suite is incredibly uncomfortable and needs replacing. Fortunately I only had to...
