"The location is great, and it was really nice to have valet right there (the valet staff was stellar). Front desk and restaurant were very friendly, as well. The room itself had a great layout, very clean and overall comfortable. There were a couple of issues that I noticed - there was something weird and gross stuck to the ceiling over my bed, but the staff cleaned it up fairly quickly. (A towel was left on my bed where I assume someone stood to clean it up.) Additionally, the water pressure...

"The staff was very good. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is in the process of remodeling so our room definitely was in need of new furniture, new mattress, and new bedding. Our “fitted sheet” wouldn’t stay on bed and sheets were literally thinner than paper. The tv remote was difficult to use and no channel guide was available. Only one remote worked. Looking forward to staying here again once the remodel is complete. Great location for anything we wanted to do in the area. "

"Hotel staff was amazing- very welcoming! Parking was an issue. I chose this hotel for the parking on site but wasn't aware that it was close to bars in the Westport area and that patrons of those establishments would park in the hotel parking lot. Could not find parking Friday evening- had to drive around until one opened up. "
