Hotel was clean and the beds were pretty comfortable! The front desk worker was also the breakfast attendant! The breakfast area was still messy at 1:00 pm. The back door was not latched properly, so safety could be an issue. The hot tub was not working and was boarded over! This hotel served its purpose for our visit.

There were holes in our bathroom towels. I went to the counter to request new towels and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to answer the bell and then another 5 minutes to get the towels. You could feel the springs in the mattress of the king size bed.

The key cards didn’t work (twice!), the shower head didn’t work. They switched me to another room with a ripped comforter, dirty bathroom floor, and multiple stained towels. It’s outdated and dirty all around. The vending machine is completely empty and there’s no room service at all. They refused to print me a receipt as well.

Not the cleanest when it came to one of the rooms bathrooms, had black mold in and around tub, shower mat already stuck to the tub floor. Top covers on one of the beds in the room seemed to be dirty with either chocolate or blood. When we went to front desk to question they immediately change our room for us.
