"This was our first time staying in Manhattan for a KSU game. This was the perfect place for that. We were able to walk to the game as it is located right across from the stadium. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back! "

"The place was nice. Close to everything. And owner had great communication. It was fully stocked with dishes and all. (We made our own breakfast). Was nice having a washer and dryer downstairs in the basement. Only issue, which is not owners fault, is the living room temperature couldn't keep up with the heat. It stayed around 78 degrees during the day( we sat the temp. To 68.) But the 2 bedrooms would freeze you out at night:)."
