"We had a wonderful experience during our stay in this home and we will definitely be renting this location again when we return to MO.First of, communication with both David and Jany Thomas were amazing! They responded to our questions as well as updates during our stay. The home itself was very clean when we arrived and a lot more spacious than what we expected and what the pictures shows. The appliances are updated and works well. There is speedy wifi and phone-data signal does reach the farm....

"Beautiful historic farmhouse suited our large family perfectly on our trip back home for the holidays. It provided much needed room for our 5 young kids. They enjoyed the staircase and front porch; and the owner let the kids help gather some farm-fresh eggs for our stay. We hope to stay again on future trips home to Dover."

"Hosted friends and family of 10 people. Ample living space and nice entertainment amenities. Lots of beds; I recall a king, three queens, and a bunk upstairs. And the remaining beds are in the basement, which is semi finished but still nice. The driveway and sidewalks were shoveled and ice free (this was a January stay). "
