"Space was adequate and comfortable on the main floor.(which was actually on the attic area of the roof of the garage). For some reason I was not expecting steep stairs going to the 2 AND 3rd floor where the extra bed was. The 3rd floor loft is completely separate with only access to the main living space by a locking door.
