"Researched places to go and found this property. We've been twice now and are going back in about nine months. It's simple and perfect for us. It's not "over beached up" with shells and mini surf boards. Great, really great view of the front yard ocean. Everything about renting this place works great. "

"The property manager was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the view from every floor in the house was stunning. The house was pet and kid friendly. The sunrises were absolutely stunning and there were so many stars due to limited light pollution. Definitely would recommend and will stay again one day soon."

"Easy and responsive communication with Vacasa. Beautiful home, well equipped. Elevator was a nice convenience to bring up gear. Beach access a block or so down. Stayed over Christmas would def return in summer. "

"We had an amazing stay at our Sneads Ferry Thanksgiving getaway! The house is beautiful and the views are BREATHTAKING! We even saw dolphins a few times during our stay. The home was perfect for our group of 16 adults and 16 children. There was more than enough cookware and kitchen essentials for our large group, even two of each appliance. The beds were comfortable and the there was plenty of bedding and towels. The bunk beds were each size fulls so it could fit more than one child. We had plenty of room; the kids loved it. The top floor was my favorite part of the home. It’s so spacious and gave incredible views, as did the balcony from each floor. We went in November and paid extra to heat the pool and hot tub. Note that although it says $85 per day on the listing, in the winter months, it’s $125 per day. Besides that small discrepancy, the process and home was amazing! Furthermore, Craig was very responsive during the booking process and during our stay. We would definitely recommend!"

"Just as advertised, the location on the beach was perfect. Steve was responsive to texts when we had issues with the wireless. (FYI, the modem is in the unit next door.) Fortunately our neighbors were home and able to reset it. modem. M"
