"My husband and I stayed for the week of March 15th to March 22. We had such a relaxing week! Susan has decorated the home with such love and care. Beautiful artwork throughout the home. Location is spot on! Easy access to beach! Plenty of shells to collect, dolphins to see and lots of pelicans and seagulls! Larry was outstanding to communicate with. Very quick response and even checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! The elevator was so wonderful to have. No wait lines and so much easier to get our luggage and groceries in! I honestly cannot say enough great things about the owners, the house, nor the location! I highly recommend! "

"I could not have been happier or more impressed with the "Shining Sea" property at Topsail Dunes and the overall experience of renting from the owners. They were extremely quick at answering questions and communicating all the information I could want or need. The property itself was immaculately clean and had everything to make my stay easy and relaxing. The kitchen lacked for nothing, the bathroom was great, furniture and bed was really comfortable and above all -- CLEAN. I believe I ate every meal on the lovely deck and had beautiful sunrises each day. It's perfect for small parties and I will definitely seek out this property again when traveling alone or with just one or 2 others."
