"The condo was perfect, just what we were looking for. Vacasa is the management firm and they are very difficult to work with. They gave us the wrong door code to begin with so after trying to open the door in the freezing cold with children at night we had to go back to the car and wait on hold to get in touch with vacasa to eventually get the right code. "Overall this is a nice condo in a great location in Ludlow for a ski trip to Okemo. It’s great to have a fireplace to warm up with after a day on the slopes. Only complaint is that when we arrived there were crumbs on the counter and a puddle on the floor. It didn’t look like there had been much cleaning beyond tidying up.
