"Beautiful old inn on edge of Woodstock. Perfect for outdoor activities as well as enjoying a charming town. Room looks newly restored aside from wood floors which add character. Large property with outdoor fire pit and can walk 100 feet to river and covered bridge. "

"The house was cute and comfortable. I loved the old feel of it. The location was remote and serene, and we enjoyed the sound of the river across the street while chatting on the porch. We had no problem with making our meals, as the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Our dog was very comfortable and surprised by a visit from some Guinea hens in the morning. She was less polite in greeting the friendly dog from next door. I was pleasantly surprised that the tap water tasted good, as I had forgotten to bring drinking water and didn't have to find a store. The trip was about visiting, and we got to do plenty of that!"

"The innkeeper, Lea, was excellent! She helped with our check in process. It went seamlessly. And she helped us when we had an issue with our TV. She was also extremely helpful with our breakfast and checkout! I would give her 5 stars! And the home was beautiful!!!"
