"We were a little put off when driving to the house as it takes you through a questionable neighborhood, but one we arrived the house was clean, well decorated and had plenty of outside seating to enjoy the channel. We were a bit concerned at the extra fees for the cleaning since the discharge instructions stated we needed to wash all dishes, strip the beds, empty the trash and leave the house clean the extra cleaning/host fees were more than the nightly rental fee. "The cottage was very clean and the property manager was easy to get ahold of and helped us with our WiFi.We were disappointed with the advertised location as it had described as beachfront. Cottage was on a very busy 4 lane road in a business district which was disappointing. We were told that cottage was within walking distance but would be hard to cross the 4 lane highway, so we drove to the beach.All the appliances including washer and dryer were in working condition. "

"Every year, we visit the kids’ grandmother who lives down the street in this neighborhood. The location is fantastic with easy access to her house and to route 41. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had all the amenities. Having two full bathrooms for four individuals including a teenager was a luxury for us. Allen was always respnsive and a great communicator. We’ll be back!"

"The house is very nice and very clean! It has all that you need to have a comfortable stay! The owner i lives across the street and he’s very helpful if you need something. The house is crossing the street on the lagoon side and you have to walk for a small path on the side of the ownershouse to reach the beach The beach is very, very nice! We had a very good stay!"

"Englewood was a perfect escape from our Minnesota winter! This little bungalow made our stay absolutely perfect! This place was clean & perfectly decorated. The screened porch was the best! We rode bikes, went to the beach, and enjoyed the farmers market and downtown shops! Perfect location! The attention to details was not missed on us… we loved it all! "

" We stayed at this property for two weeks. Check-in was very easy, and the house was very clean. We like to cook many of our own meals. We were able to do that, but with a small selection of pots, pans and utensils. The bed we slept in was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The washer and dryer were definitely handy. All the sinks in the house had screens in the drains that had to be cleaned out occasionally, except the bathtub drain, which had to be cleaned after every use. ...
