"The condo was a great place for my husband and I to unwind for two weeks. We were close enough to walk to the South Jetty and we even walked to Venice's Centennial Park area twice for dinner and the big Christmas Parade along Venice Ave. The condo pool was nice, and the beach offered great views of dolphins playing and lots of pelicans. "We enjoyed our stay at Gina's place, located conveniently near everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Very comfortable accommodations and beautifully decorated with Gina's original paintings. "We stayed with our cat for 2 weeks. It was immaculate. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a safe area. Check-in was flawless and the owner Carmen responded to our questions promptly. "Home owner was great with communication. We felt like we had our own apartment for a few days. The homeowners didn’t bother us once. "I was looking for a place to stay for two days in lieu of a hotel. Pricing was good and place was basically the equivalent to an extended stay hotel room. Microwave, 2 burner electric stove, a small refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Was very clean. Located on the ground floor of a house. I would definitely stay again."

The next day we flew in, I texted the owner we'll be there in 2 hours. The owner replied: something happened yesterday & the apartment is not able to be given for rent.
