"Great shuttle service, took us to the 3rd Ward, picked us up at Maders German Restaurant. Took us back to Shaker's Cigar Bar and picked us back up. Learned that unfortunately, one of Jeffrey Dahmer's victims lost his life in room 507. We watch a lot of true crimes shows on TV, later checked out the 5th floor. There is a room, up not a # on the room. The only things we didn't like was the lighting. All the lights came on at once and took a while to figure how to use them. It seemed like...

"This stay was really great. The front desk lady Nina was exceptional! She was so nice and really went above and beyond for me. The room was very quite, clean and modern. They had an onsite security guard who was definitely active and doing a great job. The main issue i found with the hotel was getting into it. The parking is all in the back the entrance is off the street and there are no signs in the parking lot to show you where to go. "

"From check-in to check-out, it was a perfect stay! Great location, especially for a Hyatt Place. 3 minute walk to Fiserv Arena which is why we were in town. The people working the place were as nice as can be. Highly recommend and will stay here again!"
