"The house is good: spacious, clean, kitchen is well equipped.Why it is not great: the backyard is open to a neighbor, giving absolutely no privacy whatsoever. The neighbors are Amazon dealers and are working day and night. They have direct view on the pool and backyard and there's always someone working in the neighbor's backyard. Additionally, the pool coping is cracked in many areas around the swimming pool, making it prone to cuts and hazardous to walk around, particularly for young kids.I contacted the property manager to get a discount because it was not mentioned at the time of booking. They offered no compensation."

"Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The property was spotless — you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The check-in process was smooth and very straightforward, making it easy for us to settle in right away. The studio matched the online listing exactly, if not better — it was cozy, beautifully decorated, and surrounded by lush greenery that made it feel like a true private retreat.Communication with the property owner, Sergio, was excellent. He was always responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also fantastic — quiet and secluded, yet close enough to everything Miami has to offer. The neighborhood felt safe, charming, and vibrant.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"The Villa Emerald is an amazing property. The description and pictures of the property are exactly what you see when you enter the Villa. The pool and backyard were perfect to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Edgar was an amazing host and was very informative and helpful before we even arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend this location. No comparison to any of my past rental experiences. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks Villa Emerald for the special memories made at my daughter’s Bachelorette party."
