"It could have been better. The location and price met our needs for a last minute solution for a trip to meet up with friends nearby. The place was charming but run down. The walls had many holes and scuffs that could have easily been fixed with spackle and a coat of paint. The fireplace/thermostat didn’t work until the last night we stayed. "Found this rental while looking for a place to stay while attending a wedding on the resort. Dylan and Renee were super easy to communicate with and answered all my concerns in a timely manner. Super cozy and homey feel, I love how close yet still far enough from all the noise of the resort. Would definitely think about renting for the snow season since it’s right next to a lift. Plus the pools and hot tubs would be ideal after a long day on the mountain. Worth every penny! "

"This is a great unit. Very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Only criticism is that the couch is oriented in a way that makes viewing the TV awkward. The fenced backyard and proximity to the groomed winter walking path makes this an ideal property for travelers with dogs. Location is convenient to Palisades and Tahoe City, We definitely would stay here again."

"We had a nice few days at the condo. The condo has everything you need. There wasn't anything that we were lacking, except for air conditioning. But thankfully the condo has many nice stand up fans. We needed them as it was 98 in Tahoe. We really appreciated the stand up paddle board we used at the lake. The rooms were comfy and we felt like we were at home. It's very close to everything on the north side. We would definitely stay there again. "
