"This hotel is 33%-50% cheaper than the hotels on North Ocean Blvd. Yet it is centrally located. Many restaurant options within walking distance. The Lauderdale by the Sea beach is walkable. The distance is maybe 1.5 miles, but it is an easy direct route. The pool and hot tub are a great feature. The continental breakfast includes cereal, bagels, muffins, toast , plus coffee and juices. Plenty of parking on the property. And it is pet friendly. The staff was professional and helpful. A great family option on a budget. "
