"The food was great. It is hard to get reservations for the 2 restaurants So i didn't like that.. There also should be more beach chairs on the family side..the entertainment was good .amd the nightclub was my favorite "

"The staff was excellent! Everyone was accommodating and very professional. The hotel was always clean and safe. We had a pool view, but still a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. Spa was terrific, as were the pools and beach. The bars were top notch. Food was hit or miss. I would recommend adding a couple of additional restaurants to accommodate the number of guests. "

"Cabana service was great. Wilford was perfect. Beach grill jerk chicken was phenomenal. Good entertainment. We stayed in an older building that was being remodeled and could’ve been a little cleaner. Only had one elevator operating. It was very relaxing and quiet for the most part. Food options were good for a three day stay. Entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Beach is small and has a lot of seaweed. "

"One week stay, 2 adults, Junior Suite, Private Pool, Ocean View, Section 14. The room was lovely, good sized bathroom with a jacuzzi. Beautiful view. The beach is okay, not great for swimming, kind of small and rocky. Amazing pool that we used quite often in the morning before the sun hit our private pool (which was around noon). "4 star not 5, mainly because of the food and not a nice beach. Buffet at all hours is a disappointment. Staff- depending who you get - happy or serious (borderline moody, lady at the towel hut really moody). Plus the resort is compact and small to navigate. Room had a beautiful view, that’s a plus. Unfortunately, it would not get cleaned until 3pm on few occasions, once not at all as it was too late to clean. Our bathroom had some wear and tear for sure."

"This resort is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are beautiful - full of plants, trees and flowers. The property is very large but easy to navigate.This resort would benefit from a map on the app or on paper. But what really makes this resort the best, is the staff!!The welcoming crew is fantastic - we received cocktails during check-in. Ricardo is your guy! He ensured we had a smooth check in experience and gave us many tips and information about the resort grounds, restaurants, bars, pools...

"Lovely property and the staff were great. Only hiccup was checking in. We arrived before the 3 pm check-in and were told our room would be ready shortly but waited over 3 hours and after 3 pm for our room to be ready. The only blemish on a great trip. Feeod and drinkare are expensive (even by NY prices) but everything was well done so we did not mind paying "

"My adult daughter and I went to the Jamaica Inn for a quick 4 night getaway. What makes this resort is the staff and the beach. Ash Quade and William at the beach bar were so friendly and entertaining. The spa was wonderful. Marica was very helpful in assisting us in spa offerings. Azeeza gave a great massage and my daughter enjoyed her facial with Kenneth. The beach was gorgeous. We enjoyed paddle boarding. It is a quiet resort. Most of the visitors were British and retirees. "It was a nice quiet and great location property. The apartment had issues: The stove only had 1 of 4 burners that worked call for maintenance and the guy had no clue as to how to fix it and he never came back. There was a leak from under the wall to the next unit. The balcony was rusty and the doors were very worn and hard to close. Front desk service needs work, training or a means of ingo that connects with the online reservation portal. Expedia did not give me the owners name or apartment...

"Goblin Hill is a time capsule in the best way possible. We’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times over the past 20yrs. It’s not a “vibe” but rather the real thing. It is and has always been a lush, low key, preserved tranquil oasis that can’t be matched."

Our family group of 20, including a 7 month old and 17 month old, had every need met including delicious meals, perfectly served, and luxurious days lounging around the pool. Photo's do not do this wonderful private resort justice. The staff was nothing but dedicated to our comfort and enjoyment. "Perfect for a couples getaway. Close proximity to the airport. Transportation was easy to secure as well as excursions. The entertainment at the hotel was great as well as the nightlife at the other locations. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is a bit older - but the staff keep it exceptionally clean. We enjoyed access to the other properties and the VIP beach sections we were able to relax in. The food at the restaurants was delicious. However, room service food was not as expected. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you for a memorable 20th Anniversary trip!!"

"I liked the staff. They were always courteous and friendly. Food provided for an all inclusive hotel was good. Loved that the hotel was conveniently located across from Doctors Cave beach. The beach is very beautiful. I wish however that the WiFi was working better. Kept dropping in and Overally family and I had a great 👍 experience. Will certainly be back soon. "

Secrets St. James Montego Bay - Luxury - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"I booked an ocean view room for my sister and I to celebrate her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Lots of activities each day at the resort to participate in or just laying on the beach was incredible. Facilities all around seemed and felt clean and up to date. Food was tasty. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We ran into one incident during our stay, that was immediately rectified and I was pleased about how it was handled. After running a bath at the end of the night to relax, the bathtub began to leak all over the room floor. I called the front desk to let them know of the situation. The woman at the front desk sent a bellhop to move our belongings to another ocean view room on the same floor, along with a pair of the maintenance team to fix the tub. My sister sister and I had a fantastic time & thinking about returning this year!"
