"Location was very convenient for visiting the Grand Canyon, about 25 minutes from the park entrance. Getting to the location was a bit of a challenge. The owner said not to follow my GPS and to use the link they provided. Well the link led me down several dirt roads and to a locked gate. I ended up just using my GPS and that took me to the correct location, literally could have taken a simple turn off the main road. Checking in was easy, just used a keypad. "Everything was as listed... Easy to find. Parking on site. Classy, well designed and nicely decorated! Super comfy - we slept soldily, and enjoyed the entertainment system. Just minutes from great restaurants, old town Cottonwood, Jerome and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Rick was available for anything we needed - but there truly wasn't anything we wanted for!"

"Traveled to Flagstaff to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter attending NAU. This property was very near NAU and downtown. Plenty of choices of restaurants and bars that are less than a block away. Property was quiet and dark. Heaters kept us comfortable. Visited Sunset Crater, the Pueblos and Walnut Canyon. I'd be happy to stay here on future visits."

We didnt have time to make use of all the amenities, but having the options was wonderful. The cottage we stayed in was clean, stocked with snacks, the bed was comfortable. "We absolutely loved our stay this past weekend at this cottage! It was extremely clean, well stocked and the perfect location for our trip to Sedona. It was close enough for a quick drive into town and many of the popular hiking trails but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona. We loved the location near the beautiful Oak Creek and convenience of the Indian Gardens restaurant! The host was super nice and responsive. We will for sure be back!!
