Place was a historic building, with nicely decorated and updated rooms, however, the walls were thin. Fortunately the other guest were all considerate so one just heard the comings and goings of others. Overall a pleasant place to stay. "

"This was super cool for me and my young adult kids when we were hiking The Grand Canyon a couple days. Convenient location only 30 minutes from GCNP south entrance. Super clean. The beds were so comfortable. Soft, thick blankets for cool evening. Night sky was amazing!"

"The location was nice and quiet and away from the streets, but still not too far away from the city and lots of restaurants and activities to do around the area. The road that turns off from the main road to off-road that leads to the property is easily missed if not paying attention though, would suggest people to be careful of that."

"We had a great time at Fran’s place, there are great red rock views from all rooms of the house. There were so many nice touches that made our stay extra comfortable and the communication with the host was so easy. The house was walking distance to restaurants and close driving to hiking trails. "This is a fantastic property that makes you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. I was able to enjoy a hot cup of black coffee and a cigar around the fire pit most mornings and just soaked up the solitude. The owners/managers were very helpful and communicative. If you're looking for a place with restaurants and shopping centers just down the road, look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a quiet place off the beaten path, you're probably looking for this property."

Several amenities like mini-golf, hot tubs, pool, on-site restaurant, etc. My stay was in mid-January. The views driving into Sedona are breathtaking. I will be staying again the next time I come to Sedona."
