"Sergio and Flavia were great hosts. It was very easy to check in and check out. The location was amazing with the perfect balance of quiet and convenient. All the tourist areas were a maximum 10-15 minutes but many were closer. We enjoyed the terrace and the awesome view every morning and evening. This is an A++ Venice apartment. "

"The house is so beautiful and in the most amazing location. You’re close to everything but still tucked away in this little charming square away from the hustle. Our kids could run around in the square, we listened to beautiful music playing outside while we sat on our private balcony. "The property was so clean, in a very good area. Carlos met us at the train and took us to the apartment himself. He then gave us a quick tour of the area and arranged a water taxi for our departure. We felt very welcome and taken care of. "

"The home is nice and the staff we met on the first day was also good. However the only air conditioning was in the bedrooms and 1 out of the 2 showers worked. I booked this property purposely for the 2 showers being a family of 5. The shower downstairs had rotting Sheetrock everywhere. We also had to kill scorpion one evening."

"We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."
