"The hotel was nice and in a great location! The front desk staff were nice but you can forget about checking in early or a late check out. The hotel isn’t very big but we came during the off season and it wasn’t full. The rooms are nice and clean but the beds aren’t super comfortable. All in all, the hotel is good but not great"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We were expecting average from the reviews but we were pleasantly suprised. Online check in was easy so we could arrive straight to the room. The room was spacious and very clean as well as the bathroom. We had the upper level with a balcony which had a view of the canals and bridge below which was really nice.
