"They have definitely done some work to it. Kitchen looks brand new. I’d like to see them replace the carpeting in the bedrooms but that is the only thing. Communication with host and check in was very easy. Would recommend to guests to bring food and utilize the great cooking space. The places to eat on site are very expensive. "

"I will say this place is great to start! Good size, clean, had all the amenities needed to get going and whatever you need last minute there is a store/cafe (Enjoy cafe) on the 1st floor. Very convenient! There was an issue with the bathroom on one of the days and Alec was at the door within a half hour and on top of it. Which was a game changer! turned the mood and the vibe around very quickly! So all in and all the place was great, but the owner went above and beyond and that made everything...

"The place is in a great location. Loved the amenities. The host was so helpful, friendly and responsive. The checkin and check out was so smooth. The only complaint is that the apt is a little run down. Chips, cracks, marks, tears and rips everywhere. The apt has definitely been well loved. "

"Property is good for All day beach access. Other than that, This joint is in need of updates. The TV are not smart, the bathrooms need updates the most. Both have tubs,but you're only able to shower. Toilets flush super weak. The property is more for beach access,nothing luxury. Valet is free but confusing at first, soons you start $$tipping$$, it gets easier and friendlier"

"Went to the Orange Bowl Thursday night stayed out by the stadium. We then took a quick Uber ride over to the VRBO on Friday. Got there before check in and although we could not check in yet, they were very friendly and took our bags and gave us access to the amenities. Entire staff was very friendly the whole weekend!!! They couldn't have been nicer. Would recommend. "

"This penthouse unit had an amazing view of the ocean and the balcony faced sun from dawn until dusk which is exactly what we were looking for! Communication with Jessica was prompt and smooth. The building was very safe and quiet however the condo was very dated. Scuff marks and paint chipping everywhere. The walls need a good scrub down and paint job.
