It is seperate from main Inn, you have to cross the street to check in, and get coffee or participate in activites and pool, etc. But very nice, clean comfortable room. "This was a great place to stay in Newport. Convenient to lots of great restaurants and points of interest, we walked most everywhere we went. The pool access was great for our small kids who are ocean waders but not yet ocean swimmers. The view was wonderful and we enjoyed the roof access for sunrise and sunset."

"Really loved this location and the beautiful views! Comfy bed, clean unit, and helpful kitchenette. One window broken but could eventually open. Big disconnect between bookings through VRBO and the operations/management at the building, yet management was quite pleasant. It just made for some confusion upon check in and check out, including having cleaners show up and entering our room prior to check out! Overall great stay. Nice rooftop area to use, weather pending. "It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
