"What a wonderful place to stay , ground floor rooms off entrance hallway doubles as an impressive art gallery . Staff are great ( i was having trouble switching on my tv , probably my fault, but reception staff solved the issue a after i raised it with them ).:Double room with patio was high quality and the breakfast was a splendid banquet. "Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!) "

"Hotel stuff are really friendly and helpful. the room was very clean, the pool is really nice, the water temperature were perfect. The hotel is located about 15 minutes drive from Amsterdam city center, there are shuttle service for 2/5 euro per person that takes to the ferry that goes to central station. "

"This hotel was fun to stay at. it is nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. The hotel bar and restaurant are excellent. It is very nicely located next to the train station and lots of food and shopping. It is a short 7 to 9 minute train into Amsterdam Centraal and about a 25 minute bus ride to Zaanse Schans. I will definitely stay here again. "

"I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and staff. It was a nice, clean facility with breakfast included. The staff went over and beyond in facilitating my late check-in due to plane delays/Re-routing. They also were very helpful in coordinating taxis the next morning. Great, great staff! "
