"Simple hotel with no ammenities near main train station in Rome. Hotel doesn't reach out to you for check in instructions, so it's up to you to do it. Thank you to other reviewers, we knew it's actually Hotel Enrica (not Hotel Serendipity) that we look for on maps. Luckily they let us check in same day, and LOVE the early check in. Super convenient when traveling from one city to another and you have bags and are tired. Walls are thin and locals who live in building are quite loud at all hours...

"Looking a a video was more important than answering simple questions. This was the appitomy of poor service. The staff is miserable to say the least. If they are unhappy then the should not be in the hospitality buisness. Really bad staffing. Otherwise room was allright and location to train was a plus"

"The hotel was in a nice quiet neighborhood. I felt safe. Though I would have liked a place that had more restaurants and sites that were close by. It was super easy to get to the metro though. The bathroom and bed was nice. Its a nice place if you don't mind taking the metro to go see the sites and then return to a quiet little place. The restaurant up the street on the corner was delicious though!"
