"Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that we were not staying in the main hotel but in an old derelict building elsewhere. This was not advertised on our booking and had we known we would have gone elsewhere. The room also was not ready when we arrived (4:30pm). We stayed in a family room which was relatively spacious however there is no cupboard for clothes and the shower was broken and did not always have hot water.
