"Met brother and sister in law for weekend. Apartment was nice, only let down was the warmth. There was no ac and being on the 3rd floor, it was hot. They did supply a portable ac unit that we used in the master bedroom, and purchased a stand up oscillating fan to share the cooler air into the living and 2nd bedroom. Not sure how it would be in the winter."

"The place look older with three different floors. The first level had 3 rooms for each tenant but have to share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture is outdated but you have a couches and dining table. The 55 inch TV has cable but very limited channels. You have tenants living upstairs and in the basement but they have their own code and access to their respective floors. The place could utilize some updates but it’s worth the price to stay if you were by yourself. The landlord...

"We needed a place in Greene for a wedding we were attending in smithville flats. It was a super easy quick commute to the wedding venue. This property was clean, updated, and comfy. It was larger than we expected based on the online pics which was a bonus. Direct access right outside of your door to all This small town has to offer! Thanks for a great stay! "

"Liz and George are amazing hosts! (We also love Elvis the dog and Calli the cat!) Everything was as described and the art decorating the home, all crafted by Liz, was beautiful. The bed was super comfy! There were so many things to do nesrby including a farmers market, antique shops and great mom and pop shops. We made new friends with our hosts and 100% recommend this listing. We will be back!!!!"
