"We loved the location in a very quiet setting. There was ample space for our family of 7. We loved the screened in porch. The house smelled amazing but I gave cleanliness a 4 because it didn’t look like the kitchen floor had been mopped. However, my kitchen floor needs mopped all the time. 😂 It wasn’t ideal for my one year old grandson because of the steps down to the living areas. "This house was the perfect stay for a weekend getaway with friends. The house had an amazing backyard and it was in a great location close to downtown New Buffalo. The only thing was that the oven was dirty, so when we tried to make a frozen pizza the smoke alarm just kept going off. Overall a really great stay for the weekend."

"I enjoyed my stay at The Alex. It was a bummer that there was only one parking spot as my trip was visiting friends who live in the area and i didn't notice on the listing that there would only be space for one car so i wasn't really able to plan for that. I also was under the impression that there would be a washer and dryer but there was not. I guess i need to read more carefully next time. It was really cool to be so close to the beach and the cottage was nice and cozy despite it being winter...

"Great location for a New Buffalo visit. Far enough away to be super peaceful but close enough to walk to anything downtown you would like. We walked to Stray Dog, Oink’s, and the Hummingbird Lounge. Bikes provided were a plus and we took them for a cruise. Great place overall and the amenities matched everything that was described in the listing. Thank you for sharing your place with us! "
