"This appears to be a brand new building, with very modern looking apartments. Our apartment was not stocked for long stays as there were very few pots pans utensils, etc., to use. It did have more than enough to meet our needs for a one night stay. If you plan on preparing a meal in the apartment, you will need to bring most everything you need with you. "Very cute, clean condo in a peaceful area of town. The are several homes surrounding the property but you wouldn't know it. Very quiet and private. Host was accommodating to the fact we couldn't get the till the middle of the night, and reassured us he was there if we needed anything. We enjoyed making s'mores by the fire pit, little disappointed the grill wasn't in good enough condition use. I would definitely stay at this property again!"

"We really enjoyed the space - ample room for the 3 of us that stayed in Unit 1, and the area was very clean and had everything we needed. Walkable to a few local eateries/drinkeries as well, and it overlooks the river/walking path. The accommodations are unique in that it is above a business/not in a neighborhood which was fine for us especially on a weekend when the business was closed. The host was very responsive to any questions as well! Would definitely recommend; the only thing to keep...

"We only needed a one-night stay, so this was perfect for what we needed. But there is not a kitchen or personal coffee maker in this unit. But the common area has a Kuerig, so this was not really an issue for us. We think these lofts are great and will most likely be back but check the amenities before you arrive. The river is a great place for a morning or early evening walk. Great location near fun stops like St. Joe, New Buffalo and lake Michigan"

"We really enjoyed the house for the past 2 days. Our only downfall was, we checked out all the places with a hot tub. We were looking forward to that with the cool crisp October air. "Had a great stay in New Buffalo. We were lucky in October to still be able to enjoy the pool to cool off after frequent dips in the hot tub! Tons of space inside and outside for big groups. Excellent communication and flexibility with host. Walking distance to downtown and beach (though not sure would want to haul anything more than a towel and light weight chair on that walk). Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay Heather!"
