"This appears to be a brand new building, with very modern looking apartments. Our apartment was not stocked for long stays as there were very few pots pans utensils, etc., to use. It did have more than enough to meet our needs for a one night stay. If you plan on preparing a meal in the apartment, you will need to bring most everything you need with you. "We really enjoyed the space - ample room for the 3 of us that stayed in Unit 1, and the area was very clean and had everything we needed. Walkable to a few local eateries/drinkeries as well, and it overlooks the river/walking path. The accommodations are unique in that it is above a business/not in a neighborhood which was fine for us especially on a weekend when the business was closed. "We only needed a one-night stay, so this was perfect for what we needed. But there is not a kitchen or personal coffee maker in this unit. But the common area has a Kuerig, so this was not really an issue for us. We think these lofts are great and will most likely be back but check the amenities before you arrive. The river is a great place for a morning or early evening walk. Great location near fun stops like St. Joe, New Buffalo and lake Michigan"

"The biggest problem is the full size mattress on a queen/king bed frame. No space for 2 people, my husband and I slept on the air mttress which is queen size. The kitchen sink, a small wine cooler, and a microwave. The dining room table takes up most of the room, and is not needed. It would have been nice to have some comfortable places to sit.
