"It was really nice. Simple, very clean, close to public transport and city centre. There is a guest kitchen and dining area where you can store and heat up food as well as access hot water. It is kept nice and clean and tidy. There is also a selection of games and books and a ping pong table. Excellent for staying with kids and when the weather is not so pleasant. It can be noisy at night unfortunately. Check in and out process was completely computerized and very user friendly "

"I can't praise the hotel highly enough! It looked and felt amazing yet the warmth of the staff made the stay feel absolutely relaxed and welcoming! We had a double room, it was very quiet, the room was made every morning. I loved the provision of shampoo, shower gell AND conditioner in the bathroom! Location is ideal, based on one of the most central streets of Brussels. If taking public transport, no matter what Google maps says, step off at Gare du Midi and take the tram, the stop is...

"Great central location, very quiet surroundings. A bus stop and subway/metro station just a short walk away - and a branch of Lush, what's not to like?! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a cost-effective, comfortable stay. "

"I particularly liked the lounge on the 24th floor, I would argue that it is very much worth it to book a room that includes access. The room we had booked was spacious and had a great view over Brussels. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic and I loved the layout of the room. The complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice addition to the perfect room. The only regret I have is that around 10:20, so 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast, certain items were already unavailable. I would argue that this should not happen. I do not expect to have every single cake or fruit to be restocked until 10:59, but 40 minutes is unacceptable. Overall, it was still the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway, and we will be back."

"A great hotel for a short stay. Easily walkable to the main tourist locations. There is a very friendly vibe, with young staff, free drinks on arrival and a 24/7 bar. The bar/reception/restaurant area looks more like a nightclub than a hotel - and that’s exactly what we were looking for. An excellent spot, we will definitely visit again."
