"The photo’s are deceiving! The rooms are tiny with no storage or bathroom shelf space. The shower was hot and has good water pressure but, once again tiny! The beds are comfortable and the rooms have AC and heat. The rooms facing the street are noisy at night especially after hours. The proximity to the Alhambra is great BUT it is a long steep climb to the entrance, be warned! If you come in a vehicle and use the parking, a small vehicle is better as the access and spots are extremely tight!"

"I'll start with the positives, location is brilliant in that it's right next to the cathedral and close to walk to albayzin and other sights. The main corridor and lobby were also pleasant and nicely decorated with arab andalucian plasterwork. Room was ok size and beds were comfy. On the other hand, service was not ideal in that i called the hotel a few weeks before coming to request a twin room with 2 beds instead of a double to which the guy on the phone said ok. "Our suite on the 5th floor with terrace was wonderful. The daily requirements were all free (sugar/milk for coffee/cleaning materials, etc) were free and easily accessible. The amenities were all top notch and support staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever encountered and will absolutely look for Numa properties wherever we travel! We highly recommend Numa in Granada and wherever you go!"
