"The stay was beyond expectation and we found the accommodation unique, rustic, stylish and comforting. A late arrival meant that there was no front desk to check in. Extremely thorough instructions were provided instead and to our surprise, we had received an upgrade to the best room on the property. "Sergio was very helpful the day I arrived. He was in contact with me during my travels to Granada and was kind enough to wait for me until I checked in (office hours were until 4). I had 2 pices of luggage with me which Sergio helped me carry up 3 flights of stairs "

"The photo’s are deceiving! The rooms are tiny with no storage or bathroom shelf space. The shower was hot and has good water pressure but, once again tiny! The beds are comfortable and the rooms have AC and heat. The rooms facing the street are noisy at night especially after hours. The proximity to the Alhambra is great BUT it is a long steep climb to the entrance, be warned! If you come in a vehicle and use the parking, a small vehicle is better as the access and spots are extremely tight!"

"I'll start with the positives, location is brilliant in that it's right next to the cathedral and close to walk to albayzin and other sights. The main corridor and lobby were also pleasant and nicely decorated with arab andalucian plasterwork. Room was ok size and beds were comfy. On the other hand, service was not ideal in that i called the hotel a few weeks before coming to request a twin room with 2 beds instead of a double to which the guy on the phone said ok. "Nice, ffriendly place, professionally run and maintained. Good little restaurant downstairs. Walking distance to town square and many restaurants/bars. Easy to park nearby on the street. Great satellite TV service in room. Only issue is that they had no reception for an entire day and one must phone them for service. Could be a big problem for travellers who don't have phones."

"The property is cheap, very conveniently located and the wifi is great. Other than that, it's not great. The sinks, toilets, and bathroom doors were falling apart. It's fine if you're spending a night or two in Granada and have limited funds, but otherwise you should look elsewhere."

"We absolutely loved the apartments! They were exceptionally clean, cozy, and spacious, with thoughtful touches like milk, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and biscuits included. The check-in process was seamless. The manager who checked us in and out was very professional and kind. While driving to the location through the narrow, winding medieval streets of the Albaicín quarter was a bit challenging, the ample on-site parking garage made up for it. Overall good hotel.

"Rooms are comfortable. Balcony is a nice feature. It is very close to Alhambra. Walking distance is less than 10 minutes. Terrace lunch area is good with good food. dinner offerings at the restaurant were OK but breakfast buffet was very good."

"As a family of 4 there were not that many options available to us and was afraid of not making a good choice but I was wrong. Great hotel, enough space for us and our teen children, excelente location. Con- WiFi can be perfected- was in and out all the time"

Comfy spacious room, 2 blocks from train station

"Absolutely loved the room. Very comfortable, nice surprise of a small fridge and a safe. Small disappointment there was no in room coffee/tea machine. Also no English language options at all on tv even for Paramount or American made movies. Reception and gastropub bar staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Very modern hotel right in the heart of Granada. Room was fantastic and had some great little touches to make the stay extra special. Very helpful reception staff who were always on hand to assist and store luggage on our final day. Very cool architectural quirk with the excavated walls underneath the hotel. Nice place to sit in the evening - seemed the type of place where eating / drinking out was more typical. "
