"Fantastic place to stay. Lovely room with hot tub and a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Comfy bed. Lovely view. Absolutely fantastic breakfast. The only thing that could do with improvement was the shower was too small for the big machine in there that gives you options of where the water comes out. A conventional single shower head would suit the shower much better as it would give you much more room! Other than that, absolutely perfect 10/10"

"Everybody is just so friendly and helpful. My flight was canceled so I came back to where I stayed! The rooms are so comfortable and nice. Would stay again when I’m back in Krakow. "

"Excellent stay. Many prefer to stay in Old Town but we found this hotel's location to be even better: being right outside (across the boulevard and a small park) from Old Town, it's about a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the old town which worked great for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast options were a lot. Only drawback is that you can't call an Uber to the hotel but to a nearby pickup spot (taxis do come to the hotel though) and that there's a pedestrian underpass to cross the street to the train station. Generally not an issue but can be if you have mobility issues and need to minimize walking or elevator to the underpass is down. "
