"Receptionist was very nice and friendly. The elevator is currently broken and we were on 2nd floor and there's a ground level. 3 flights of stairs wasn't the best. Beds were comfortable. The rooms are just above the standard hotel. We didn't check the pool or other common areas. Close to Hobbiton and affordable. "

Only negative was that part of it's floor was slippery, something remediable. Parking outside door. Short walk to airport check in. I fetched a trolley for my bags. Would be happy to stay again. "

"The owners were friendly. Its a nice walk around the property with Avocado Orchard and Bamboo trees. There's a walkway by the water the goes through the property. There are two large shared areas besides the sleeping rooms. The game room had a large TV with Disney and Netflix. They had a handicapp accessible ramp/ walkway up to the rooms. A cafe is on the corner close by that had a descent breakfast and baked goods."
