"Couldn't have asked or organised a better place to stay! Easy to book, clean and modern room, wonderful staff, close vicinity to a wedding venue we were attending, plenty of parking (if not outside your room in another car park behind), also close to local main road (but far enough away no noise issues etc) of wonderful eateries and eclectic op shops and treasure troves. Looking forward to sometime coming back and staying again with more time to spend perusing the local area... thanks Pedlars and Paeroa, what an AWESOME town!!!"

"Amazing stay! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. There isn’t reception but check in was clear and easy. We had some nice bites ready for our breakfast. If you like animals, there are lots to see around the property. The host was helpful and friendly. We had a great stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!"

"This lovely place is conveniently placed for your time in Matamata. We took a Hobbiton tour, enjoyed a St. Patty's Guiness and coffees in town. Friendly manager ( thanks Andy) ensures you have essentials in your clean welcoming room. Love the windows for fresh air and blooming hydrangea in the yard. Retro vibes."

"Tired facilities but comfortable. We had a two bedroom unit with ensuite. It was a bit noisy ( traffic and people outside). Lovely meal in the restaurant. Great checkin, pleasant and helpful staff."
