"Didn’t spend much time at the house, just to sleep and shower. Place was very clean. Nothing fancy except for the video arcade machine and foosball game. Big couch and chairs if you had a bigger crowd. We visit Grangeville often and nice change from Hotel and definitely cheaper in off season. Returning this weekend and will book if available. Only “negative “ - simple including pillows and beds. So bring your own pillow but I’m picky. "

The owner helped me book the house and then was so helpful when getting ready to check in. The process was smooth as glass! "All was well with the trip mostly. We had a few hiccups with getting the doors to lock and unlock properly and we never could get the outside lights to come on. They appeared to be solar but because of lack of sun they would not work and there was not a back up. The location is very rural and we had to travel a nice distance to food and fun. This is a nice place to get away from everything but not really for a family with young kids."

"The property was just as described. Great view of Clearwater lake. Private. Clean w all needed amenities. Huge shower. Comfy beds and pillows. Lots of storage. We drove up from South West Idaho to see our son for the weekend. Would definitely recommend to anyone."

"This was a great place to stay for the holidays that allowed enough room to have some family over to visit. The games were plentiful that kept the little ones and not so little ones entertained. There were plenty of linens and toiletries that covered what we had forgotten. Chad and Erika were very responsive as they returned answers quickly. The house was very clean and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit with hopes of this house being available. "
