"Didn’t spend much time at the house, just to sleep and shower. Place was very clean. Nothing fancy except for the video arcade machine and foosball game. Big couch and chairs if you had a bigger crowd. We visit Grangeville often and nice change from Hotel and definitely cheaper in off season. Returning this weekend and will book if available. Only “negative “ - simple including pillows and beds. So bring your own pillow but I’m picky. "

"All was well with the trip mostly. We had a few hiccups with getting the doors to lock and unlock properly and we never could get the outside lights to come on. They appeared to be solar but because of lack of sun they would not work and there was not a back up. The location is very rural and we had to travel a nice distance to food and fun. This is a nice place to get away from everything but not really for a family with young kids."

"This place was a great home a way from home. We brought our jet boats to run on the Snake and this was perfect for our small group. The beds are very comfortable. The house has all the amenities you want with amazing views! The kitchen was pretty well stocked for basic meals, but could have used a few kitchen towels. This place really made our stay enjoyable and we hope to stay again in the future."

"We booked this property last minute after our original plans fell through due to wildfires. We could not have been happier, and are so thankful that we did! This property is everything we love, private, remote, has all the amenities as far as a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved hiking in the nearby Nez Perce national wilderness, and on the property itself! My husband enjoyed trout fishing in the beautiful river running through the property.
