"The stay was fantastic. Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely."

"Parking is a huge problem for those with cars i.e. tourists who don't use public transportation. Very limited, very expensive, and not close."

"The apartment is a home from home and has everything you’d need! We were two small families so a house shower room would have been good rather than having to go in to one of the other bedrooms for a shower etc not a massive deal if your one family and there is an extra toilet! Comfortable beds, great location although did get a little noisy at times! "

"The steps you encounter are not mentioned. And are near vertical. A ladder brings you up to the back garden. The door to the property is the only way in or out and the only daylight. Steps down to the kitchen. 3 foot fall to bathroom and dungeon style chamber. Lightning is extremely limited and everything is painted black. No steps provided to get into bed. Great if you’re in your 20’s and don’t want to sleep. Great if you want a swinging party of 6 guests. Not great if you’re in your 50’s...

"Lovely apartment. Great location as there are wonderful bars and places to reach within a two min distance. The apartment was a great size and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Lovely and clean but stating to show signs of ware and tear. I was a little bit cautious of sitting on the furniture as I think the leg are not so strong and n need of replacing or repairing. "First class renovation all you need supplied Clean ,Modern , Just great you could move in no problem Couple of points to know there are steps up to the property which could be slippy so be aware and there’s a fiddly process for the water for the shower we did the first three days not realising you had to change a setting on the boiler for hot water !!! Now we know I will book again "

"Superb apartment, situated on the Barbican which is in the middle of the action. The apartment has been renovated recently and is beautifully done. The only minor downside is it could do with a fan to keep cool at night. All in all it was perfect."
