"I loved this area, having stayed by the port the last time. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The front desk was helpful and friendly. They had umbrellas in a stand for guests. Up the street are lovely restaurants, shops and pubs."

I mentioned this to reception and suggested some sort of anti-slip bathmat be available for older customers especially/"
