Make sure you review the rules first(I did) just really odd things that aren’t normally requested like a copy of your ID, names of everyone staying AND ANYONE who may possibly set foot on the property, plus a separate contract that has to be sent in. I would be less likely to book this again over one with rules that are more common. "

"Hosts have been really excellent and they have been communicating through out the checkin and stay. Property is really nice and clean. Only issue that I have faced is while booking on Expedia I looked at pictures and assumed this property was on lake front However after reaching the property I realized that property is located across the lake and divided by road. I should have done my due diligence and checked resort website which clearly states this property is across the road and triplex unit...

"Fantastic stay. Close to Silverwood and other attractions, but very peaceful. Plenty of room for kids to run plus bonus yard games. Meticulously cleaned when we arrived. Coffee bar was a nice treat. Thank you for sharing your home"

"Great Location. Great Property. Well stocked relative to other vacation rentals I've stayed at. 2 BBQ Grills, tools, lots of plates, silverware, cookware, etc. "

"The owners were very attentive and live nearby. The house was very well cared for and appointed. There were even some extra amenities if you had forgotten something. The back porch was an amazing place to spend time, and the kids in our family from 13 to 1 enjoyed the backyard a lot!"

"You really cant beat this location. Waking up to the lake only steps away was amazing. We bought some cheap fishing gear from Wal Mart and caught endless fish off the dock which was great for our 5 year old. The house has the basics that you need and we loved grilllng every night on the patio. Would definitely recommend this to a couple or small family as you really can't beat the location to the water. "
