"Awesome view from the property. I can't say enough about the view. Clean and comfortable. It has a private deck, and did I say, an awesome view of the ocean and cliffs. There were a couple of downsides. First, there are fairly steep and a little bit slippery stairs to get into the unit. Those were a little difficult for my wifes knee replacement and our small dog struggled getting up the stairs. The other issue was the noise from the upstairs unit. You could even hear the dog upstairs walking...

"Places on the ocean have a hard time keeping up with the odd ball maintenance and this place is no exception. Handrails are rough, and the door has big gaps around the frame. That being said, the balcony looks right over the water and that was all i really wanted. "
