It was a bit noisy when it rained due to the down spout of the gutter being ran against the bedroom wall. Our only issue for the weekend was that unfortunately the Hot Tub was not working and did not heat up even after they sent a repairman out. "The view is beautiful. Could watch the ocean all day and many sitting places to select from. Beds are very comfortable and quiet here. Cannot wait to come back in the summer. You can drive on the beach, but beware. We watched several people get stuck in the sand with front wheel drive vehicles. The condo is just steps away from the beach. Wish we had more time. The room was great with one of the best views and a back yard that you can relax in while enjoying one of the best views we have found in Lincoln City. We stayed in the off season so the prices were good. The Summer rates look high to me but if you have the money it is well worth it."
