"Very comfortable bungalow close to UF. Nice amenities. Bring all necessary food and condiments though as kitchen is bare of pantry items. No olive oil or cooking spray for pan. Nice floor plan bath tub deep for nice soak.Enjoyed the location to hiking trails and parks.Many restaurants close by as well."

"The town house was clean, and had most of what we needed. We were there for two weeks. The area is very run down, and the neighbors are very loud and there was something fishy going on next door. Not the owner’s fault."

"Communication with the owner was great. The interior was nice and clean with the exception of minor bug issues. Stay was definitely worth the price. Location wasn’t great but we had no issues in that aspect. "

"Our party of 3 families enjoyed our stay. The house was in a convenient location and Jared the owner was very helpful with communication and recommendations for restaurants in the area. The kids made the most of the pool and basketball game and they loved the bunk beds. The adults enjoyed just being able to be together with plenty of room in the common spaces and outside to sit down and just relax. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to others. "

"This is the second time we've stayed at the Confluence Cabin. It is perfectly located in a beautiful natural setting and the dock is ideal for swimming, relaxing, and parking boats to explore the rivers. The house itself is well appointed and comfortable. Its obvious that the hosts take pride in creating a comfortable experience for their guests. We plan to come back again and again. "
